Description

Ye Olde Tea Rooms and Webb, Newsagent is a pair of 18th-century dwellings and shops located on the east side of High Street in Newnham. The building features rough rendering and a concrete tile roof, with a painted splayed and stepped plinth. Each unit is two storeys high and has two windows; the Tea Rooms have sash windows with glazing bars, while the newsagent has a new aluminium sash. There is a late 19th-century dormer above the Tea Rooms. The entrance includes a six-panel door with a flat hood, and there is a 19th-century shop front.
