SO 61 SE NEWNHAM HIGH STREET (east side) 2/37 Post Office and - Clumber House

GV II Dwelling and Post Office. Mid C19. Brick with stone eaves cornice, Welsh slate roof. Three storeys plus cellar, all projecting forward slightly from adjoining premises (Paddocks Cottage q.v.), two-windowed, sashes without bars under stepped voussoir 'lintels'. C19 shop front in moulded pilasters, eight- pane to High Street, with door in returned face under transome light with glaz- ing bars.
