Description
Caerville is an 18th-century dwelling located on the east side of High Street in Newnham. It is very similar in style to the adjoining Velindra, but is constructed of brick and features a Welsh slate roof. The building stands two and a half storeys high and has three windows, which are sashes with glazing bars set in broad surrounds. There are also two hipped dormers. The entrance consists of a six-panel door, four of which are glazed, set in a moulded surround with a flat hood supported by consoles. Although it appears to be a pair of dwellings with Velindra, the front has been rebuilt in brick.
