Farmhouse; second quarter C19; Flemish bond brickwork, slate roof. 'L' plan, front 6 windows wide: rear extension. Openings arranged in 2 groups of 3, wider gap in centre. On right tent roof over 3 openings, decorative iron framing below. Behind 2 French doors on right, sill set up, marginal lights. On left glazed front door, marginal lights, blocked rectangular fanlight with St. Andrew's Cross. To left French door, as others, but with stepped stone voussoirs with projecting keystone: beyond wall plain. First floor six 16-pane sashes, stone sills, heads as French door below. Box eaves gutter on dentil corbels; hipped roof, lead hips and ridge. Large brick chimney below ridge behind second window from left, small one in centre, 1 on right return, partly projecting from fabric, tumbled offsets. Beyond canted 2-storey bay, sash windows, flat roof, moulded fascia. Interior not inspected.
