Farmhouse. Second quarter C19. Flemish bond brickwork, slate roof, lead hips. Symmetrical 3-window front, 2 rooms deep, 2 storeys. Central front door up 2 stone steps, 3 panels, bottom flush, top 2 glazed; panelled reveals, very thin capitals to pilasters each side, flat porch roof on iron rods. Either side single-storey canted bay, sash windows, flat lead roof. First floor three 16-pane sashes, rubbed brick arches. Flat, plastered soffit to eaves, hipped roof; plain brick chimneys from eaves each side for front corners. Slight projection in centre of rear wall for stairs: chimneys each side for rear corners.
