Description

Vulcan Cottage and Forge is a detached cottage and forge dating from the early 19th century. It is constructed of brick and has a Welsh slate roof. The building is two storeys high and features four windows, which include two or three light casements, along with one blank bay at the bottom right. The door is located off-centre on the left side. The interior has been gutted, and it may have originally been two cottages. At the right end, there is a lean-to that was formerly a blacksmith's workshop. The cottage and forge form a group at a complex road junction with The Yew Trees nearby.
