Description

DONNINGTON DONNINGTON VILLAGE SP 12 NE 3/105 Woodbine Cottage and Midsummer Cottage 25.8.60 (formerly listed as No 8 and No 9) II Semi-detached house. Late C17-early C18. Coursed squared and dressed limestone, concrete tile roof, brick stacks. T-shaped plan. 4 bays 3-windowed facade lit by 2-light C20 casements and 2-light double-chamfered stone-mullioned casements right with stopped hoods. C19 stable door off-centre left with upper part glazed in segmental-headed surround. Two-light casement inserted in blocked doorway with segmental head right. Left gable-end and axial stack, flat gable-end coping with roll-saddle right. Interior not inspected.
