Description

BARRINGTON MINNOW LANE, SP 2012-2112 Little Barrington Village 11/128 No 2 II Detached cottage. Early C19. Coursed squared and dressed limestone. Concrete tile roof with ashlar stack. Rectangular plan with lean-to at rear. l½ storeys. Two-light C19 casement with glazing bars to ground floor. Small single-light window to the first floor. Three-light wooden casement with horizontal glazing bars to the ground floor of the left gable end. C19 plank door to right. Two-light wood casement with horizontal glazing bars to the first floor. Gable-end stack. Interior not inspected. Built as a charity cottage. (V.C.H., Vol VI p 17)
