Description
This stableblock, located approximately 25 meters south of Longfurlong Farmhouse, dates from the mid to late 18th century. It is constructed from coursed squared and dressed limestone and features a stone slate roof. The building has a rectangular plan and includes a lean-to at the rear, on the southeast gable end. It stands at one and a half storeys high, with a central stable door and a single-light window to the left. There are stone steps leading up the right gable end to a plank door that accesses the loft. Additionally, there is a plank door on the gable end of the lean-to to the right. This stableblock is part of a group of outbuildings associated with Longfurlong Farmhouse.
