  1. Circa 1810-1820. Good set-back Regency house of 3 bays. Ashlar, ground floor channelled; floor bands, cornice and parapet with central break and inset panel. Hipped slate roof, end chimneys. Glazing bar sash windows in panels, ground floor windows tripartite. Central Tuscan portico, half-glazed door with side lights and traceried over-light, fluted pilaster-strips and lintel. Centred extension to rear and a ground floor, glazed and arcaded loggia. Interior: venetian arch motif hall arch and circular plan stair with cast-iron ballustrade.
