Description

This cottage, located between Birdland and Birdland Art Gallery, dates from the early 18th century and was altered in the mid-19th century. It is two storeys high with attics and features a roughcast exterior with raised quoins on the left side. The roof is made of stone tiles and has chimneys at both ends. There are two windows; the left-hand window on the first floor retains an oak ovolo mullion and its surround, while the right-hand window is slightly set forward. In the centre, there is a half-glazed door. Additionally, there is a modern weather-boarded bay on the left side of the ground floor.
