Description
This is a cottage from the 18th century that was altered in the 19th century. It is built of brick, including some blue bricks, and has an old plain tile roof. The cottage is one and a half storeys high and features five irregular bays, with the bays on the right having been rebuilt. There are wings at the rear on either end of the building. The front has an approximately central planked door with a light above in a camber head opening. On either side of the door, there are irregularly spaced 19th-century cast iron two-light casement windows. Above the main wall, there are three irregular two-light hipped dormers on the wallplate. The roof is hipped and has stacks on the wings at the rear.
