Description

This large detached cottage is likely from the late 17th century, with extensions added to the north probably in the 18th century and to the west in the 20th century. It is constructed of coursed rubble stone and features a stone slate roof with two rendered stacks. The original core has a small two-storey range, an additional north wing, and a single-storey lean-to along the full length of the house to the west. The windows are scattered, mainly consisting of two-light wooden casements. The entrance is located in the lean-to and has a boarded door. The cottage is set back from the road.
