Description
This is an unidentified chest tomb located about 3 metres west of the north west path, 5 metres from the path crossing in the churchyard of the Church of St. Mary. It dates from the early to mid 18th century and is made of limestone. The tomb features a flat top, a tall moulded plinth, and moulded capping with a frieze below. Each corner and the dividing long panels have low relief panels depicting hanging drapery. The west end has a diamond panel, while the other sides feature oval panels with indecipherable inscriptions on the north side, adorned with rosettes in the spandrels, and foliage in the spandrels on the south side. The west end is badly damaged at the top.
