Description
No. 26 Church Street is a curved corner house built in the mid-18th century. It features coursed and dressed stone on a plinth and has a hipped Cotswold stone slate roof. The building stands three storeys tall and includes three 12-pane sash windows with timber lintels on the upper floors, along with three smaller similar windows on the second floor directly below the eaves. All windows are framed with moulded wooden architraves. On the ground floor, there is a corner stable door, flanked by two 18-pane shop windows and one 12-pane sash window to the left.
