Description

This is a mid-18th century house forming part of a terrace in Church Street. The front is faced with incised cement render, finished with an ashlar cornice and parapet. The roof is hidden, and there is a brick chimney stack on the left-hand side. The house is three storeys high, with two windows. The windows are C19 margin sashed, with smaller windows on the second floor. The ground floor has a plate glass window on the left, a central four-panel door, and a C19 shop front on the right. The shop front features panelled pilasters and a decorative frieze above a cambered-head, three-light shop window.
