Description
Pool Farmhouse is an 18th-century former farmhouse, now a house. It has a 20th-century extension to the rear right, and an outbuilding attached to the right that is not of listed quality. The front facade is constructed of ashlar limestone, with an artificial stone roof featuring flat gable coping and ashlar gable end stacks. The main body of the building extends to the rear right. The attic is lit by two gabled dormers, each containing a 2-light casement with glazing bars. The front elevation has two windows, each a 2-light, flat-chamfered stone mullioned casement with stopped hoods, and metal casements and glazing bars. The central entrance features a 4-panel 18th-century door within a moulded and lugged architrave.
