Description

Stoneleigh is a house built in the early 18th century, with a 20th-century extension at the rear that is not of special interest. The building is constructed from coursed, squared, and dressed limestone, topped with a grey slate roof featuring flat coping at the gable ends. It has single ashlar gable end stacks that have been raised in height with brick. The house is two storeys tall with a garret and has a two-windowed facade. The windows include three-light, flat-chamfered stone mullioned casements and two-light stone mullioned garret windows, with horizontal glazing bars. Access to the house is through the 20th-century extension at the rear.
