Description
This is a 19th-century road bridge over Sherborne Brook, located at the east end of Mareslaid Copse, along with a roadside wall to the north. The bridge is constructed from coursed squared and dressed limestone and features five round-headed arches spanning the brook. One arch is slightly taller and positioned off-centre to the left. The west side of the bridge has a parapet with steeply pitched saddleback coping. The parapet continues as a wall that stands approximately 1 to 1.25 meters high, extending as far as Northfield Barn.
