Description
Ditchford Hill Farmhouse, with origins said to date back to the 17th century, was built around 1800 to 1825. It is a brick farmhouse that stands two storeys high with an attic. The exterior features red brick set on a stone chamfered plinth, a stone moulded band above the ground floor, and stone quoins and keys. The roof is tiled and includes two gabled dormers, with end chimneys and coped verges. The house has three windows, arranged in a 3:2:3 pattern, with wooden casements. At the rear, there are two gables. The farmhouse is part of a foldyard to the west, which is not included in the listing. Additionally, there are railings on a brick wall surrounding the front garden.
