Description

Tea Cosy Cottage is a cottage dating from the late 17th century. It is built of limestone ashlar and features a thatched roof with brick end stacks. The cottage is one storey plus an attic and has a two-window range with a two-unit plan. In the center, there is a 20th-century part-glazed door with a wooden lintel. To the left, there is a small stone bay with a 20th-century casement window, and to the right, a 19th-century three-light casement window with wooden lintels. There is also a 19th-century two-light dormer casement window in the attic to the right. The interior has not been inspected but is likely to be of interest.
