SHERBORNE - SP 1614-1714 9/165 Barn and attached farm buildings, Home Farm GV II

Barn. Late C18-early C19. Coursed squared and dressed limestone. Concrete tile roof. Long rectangular range. Double plank doors set back with 2 lean-to porches on east side. Double doors in opposite wall. Lean-to porches to farmbuilding to right and left. Flat coping at gable ends. Ball finial at right gable end. Interior of main body divided into 2 parts one of 5-bays, one of 3- bays with original roof trusses with collar and tie beams with triple butt purlins. Two pairs of straight braces.
