Description

EASTLEACH FYFIELD SP 20 SW 8/207 Barn approximately 30m south of Baxter's Farmhouse II Barn. Early C19. Random rubble limestone; stone slate roof. Six-bay barn with north porch. Off-centre gabled porch on north side with timber lintel to doorway with plank doors. Small loft opening with timber lintel and plank door. Small square columbarium lantern to porch ridge. Loft on east side of porch with small gable. Barn doorway with corrugated sliding barn doors on south side, smaller doorway with sliding doors to right. Triangular barn vents. Loft doorway with timber lintel to east end; slit vent in gable apex. Interior: 6-bay collar and tie- beam truss roof.
