II Cottage. Early C18. Rubble stone faced with ashlar with raised quoin strips, renewed Cotswold stone slate roof with coped verges, rear brick lateral stack. Front range with long rear stable ranges, converted to domestic use. 2 storeys and attic. 2 windows, 8-pane sashes with cambered heads and plain stone architraves with cambered soffits and keystones. Ground floor has two 9-pane sash in plain stone surrounds with door moved to right hand wing of single storey with attic, with single light to right, in stone surrounds. Central gabled dormer to main range. Rear stable wing retains stone carriage arch.

Front range of 2 storeys and attic. 2 windows, 8-pane sashes with cambered heads and plain stone architraves with cambered soffits and keystones. Ground floor has two 9-pane sash in plain stone surrounds with door moved to right hand wing of single storey with attic, with single light to right, in stone surrounds. Central gabled dormer to main range. Rear range originally two pairs of cottages, one early-mid C18, other probably C19, the second reduced in height at front to level of first floor windowsills, retaining rear wall to full height. Earlier pair has replacement Cotswold stone roof. Later pair has doorways converted to windows and double doors in modern arched opening to ground floor. Interior : rear range only inspected. Later pair of cottages has original fireplaces and surrounds to first floor, openings only to ground floor. Earlier pair retains fireplaces to ground floor.
