Description

This is an early 18th-century house situated within a terrace in The Chipping, Tetbury. The house is constructed of rubble stone with a roof of Cotswold stone slate. A stone ridge stack is located on the right side, shared with the adjacent property at No. 35. Originally three storeys high, the building’s lower floors have been reduced, leaving it now as two storeys with an attic. It features one window on each floor; a 20th-century twin casement window is present, set beneath a concrete lintel. There's evidence of a blocked original 2nd-floor window within the stonework. A single gabled dormer window lights the attic space. A 20th-century six-panel door is situated on the left side, also with a concrete lintel. The building is listed for its contribution to the group value of the terrace.
