Description

A cottage located on the premises of Mrs Hall, dating from the 17th century, with alterations carried out in the mid-19th century. The cottage is constructed of rubble with a concrete tile roof, and features a brick chimney on the right side. It is two storeys high with two windows. The upper floor has 19th-century casement windows. The ground floor has three-light mullion windows with drips, framing a mid-19th century, segment-headed door. There are indications that the cottage was originally a one-and-a-half-story building. The interior includes several steps leading down, and displays deep, chamfered spine beams with run-out stops.
