Chest tomb to William Vann Hadwen, surgeon of Northleach, died 1835. Limestone, iron railings. Rectangular monument supported on four freestanding miniature Doric columns. Inscription on the south side; hipped capping stone with gadrooned margin. Draped urn-like feature below the monument.
