Description

The Warr monument is a chest tomb located in the churchyard of the Church of St. Anne, positioned against the chancel wall at the east end of the nave. It commemorates Thomas Warr, who died in 1772. The tomb is made of stone and features a flat lid with a moulded edge and corner quarter rectangular balusters. One side has a raised rectangular panel with a moulded edge, while the ends display Rococo carving. The lettering on the monument is well preserved and in good condition.
