Description

Brook Cottage is one of a pair of cottages dating from the 18th century. It is constructed of thinly-bedded limestone and has an artificial stone slate roof, featuring a rectangular plan. The cottage is two storeys high and has a two-light casement window with a timber lintel on the ground floor, alongside a 19th-century plank door to the left. There is also a two-light casement window on the first floor. At the rear, there is a 20th-century flat-roofed extension, which is not of special interest. The interior has not been inspected.
