One of a pair of cottages (q.v. Peggotty). C18. Thinly-bedded limestone; artificial stone slate roof. Rectangular plan. C20 flat-roofed extension at rear, not of special interest. Two storeys. Two-light casement with a timber lintel to the ground floor; C19 plank door to the left; two-light casement to the first floor. Interior not inspected.
