Description

The Veat memorial is a chest tomb located approximately 8 meters south of the Church of St. Lawrence, dated 1661. It is made of limestone and features two recessed panels on the sides and a single panel at each end. The tomb has a very thick cornice moulded top. Although the inscriptions are almost illegible, the name Thomas Veat (or Vear) and the date 1661 can still be seen.
