Description
Leeth House is an early to mid-19th century house in a row. It is constructed of limestone rubble, likely previously rendered, with a stone slate roof, and a slate roof to a rear extension. The symmetrical facade has two windows. The house is two storeys in height, with an attic lit by a 20th-century flat-roofed dormer at the rear. The front features twelve-pane sash windows with horns, all with timber lintels. A 19th-century four-panelled door is set within a round-headed surround with a fanlight. Boot scrapers are located on either side of the door.
