Description

Hope House is a house in a row, built in the early to mid-19th century. It is constructed of coursed squared and dressed limestone, with some earlier stonework visible in the lowest courses. The roof is made of concrete tiles, and there is a brick chimney stack. The facade is symmetrical, featuring two storeys and three windows, which are lit by 12-light sash windows that have keystones. The central entrance consists of a six-panel front door, with the upper two panels being glazed, and it has a lintel with a keystone above it. To the left of the doorway, there is a boot scraper. The interior has not been inspected.
