Description
This house dates from circa 1800 to 1830. It is stucco over brick with a concealed roof. The exterior has two storeys and three windows on the first floor, with the ends projecting forward. The stucco detailing includes end pilasters with cornices and deep, segmentally-arched friezes forming shallow recesses around the windows. These are surmounted by a first-floor sill band and further pilasters with sunk panels, all topped by a continuous frieze, cornice, and blocking course. Replacement single-pane sash windows are present throughout. A central entrance has steps leading to a distyle Ionic porch with an entablature and blocking course, a panelled door with sidelights and overlight. The interior was not inspected.
