Description

IDDESLEIGH SS 50 NE 4/109 Eastpark Farmhouse - - II Farmhouse. C17 with C19 and C20 additions. Plastered rubble walls. Hipped thatch roof. Brick stack at left-hand end, very large brick axial stack. Plan: 3-room and through passage plan, lower end to the left. Hall heated by axial stack at the higher end. C19 and C20 outshuts added at rear. Exterior: 2 storeys. Asymmetrical 4-window front of early-mid C20 3 and 4-light casements. C20 part glazed door to left of centre behind open-fronted gabled porch. At rear is C19 outshut to left and C20 leanto to right. Interior of part of ground floor only accessible. The 2 left-hand rooms have chamfered cross beams, fireplaces are blocked. It is possible that early roof timbers may survive.
