Outbuilding Immediately To North-West Of Wooladon Farmhouse

The outbuilding located immediately to the north-west of Woolladon Farmhouse is a Grade II listed structure that may have originally served as a stable. It dates from the 17th century, possibly around 1666, and is contemporary with the adjacent farmhouse. The building features rubble and cob walls and has a hipped corrugated iron roof. It has a long rectangular plan divided into two sections, although the partition only partially survives.

The exterior is two storeys high and has an asymmetrical front. To the left of the centre, there are two 17th-century chamfered wooden doorframes. On the ground floor to the right, there is a chamfered wooden 3-light mullion window, and above the left-hand doorway, there is a 2-light wooden mullion window. Inside, between the two sections, there is a 17th-century wooden cranked head doorframe. The roof timbers were replaced in the 20th century.
