Description

This wellhouse, located about 40 meters southeast of West Raddon Farmhouse, dates from the late 18th century to early 19th century. It is constructed of stone rubble with a slate roof. The building is rectangular in shape, featuring stone rubble walls and a sloping roof made of large slates. There is a rectangular timber doorway. Inside, a large timber beam is slotted into the side walls. The wellhouse is included for its group value with nearby structures.
