Description

This well house, located about 5 metres southeast of Treovis Farmhouse, dates from the late 18th century to early 19th century. It is constructed of slate rubble with granite quoins and features a pyramidal slate roof. The building has a small square plan and includes a drain on the left side. The front of the well house has a plain door, while the left side contains a small 4-pane window with a slate cill. At the base of the left side, there is a drain hole with a slate chute that leads into a semicircular granite trough. Inside, the floor is made of slate, and there is a well located to the left of centre, adjacent to the drain hole.
