GV II

House. Mid C19. Solid rendered walls. Slate roof. Rendered chimney at each end of ridge. 2 storeys with garret; 3-window front, with recessed, 1-window addition to left. Round-arched centre doorway with glazed gabled porch; panels of coloured glass, perforated bargeboards. Raised keystones flanking front. Windows have shaped flat architraves; 2-paned sashes, except in blind middle window of second storey. Late C20 dormer. Addition to left has C19 conservatory in front of ground storey. Upper-storey windows has fixed 4-paned sash with margin-panes. INTERIOR not inspected. High garden wall with end-piers sweeps down to gate in centre.
