  1. 1824 (date panel). Stucco. Hipped slate roof. 2 storeys. 3 ranges of windows, those on 1st floor casements with pointed arches and Gothick glazing bars, those on ground floor French casements with marginal glazing bars. 1 half-glazed door. Verandah to ground floor on south and east sides, with tent roof and trellis work piers. Red brick garden walls on north, west and south, ramped upwards over 2 pointed arched doors.
