Description

Lower Magdalen House, dating from the late 18th century, is a two-storey building constructed of red brick. It features six ranges of sash windows with glazing bars and a door that has a semi-circular fanlight and panelled reveals. The attached wall, which extends from the corner south to No 4 Magdalen Lane, is also made of red brick and includes a hammer-dressed stone plinth and buttresses.
