No. 61 West Allington is an early 19th-century building constructed of colour-washed brick with a pitched slate roof and red brick stacks. It stands two storeys high and features a band above the first floor. The building has two ranges of sash windows that include glazing bars, and a part-glazed door with moulded panels. It is part of a group that includes Nos. 43 to 57 (odd), The Plymouth Inn, and Nos. 61 to 71 (odd).
