Description

Stoke Lodge is an 18th-century building located on the north side of West Allington. It features a roughcast exterior and a slate roof with gable ends, rising to two storeys. The building has a modillion eaves cornice that wraps around the heads of two splayed bays and is accented by rusticated quoins. There are three ranges of sash windows, and the entrance includes a six-panel door topped by a semi-circular fanlight. A trellis work porch with a peaked canopy and a vase finial adds to its charm. Stoke Lodge is part of a group that includes Nos 18 to 34 (even).
