Description
The building is a farm structure located immediately to the west of Leworthy Mill, dating from the late 18th century or early 19th century. It features stone rubble and cob walls, with a gable-ended slate roof and concrete tiles on the wing.
The building has an L-shaped plan. The main section includes a stable with a loft above and a cart shed to the right. A narrow wing containing a pigsty projects from the left end of the stable. The exterior is single storey with a loft. The cart shed is open-fronted on the right, while the stable door is on the left, featuring pigeon-holes above it and a loft doorway to the left. The pigsty projects from the left-hand end, with a low opening at ground level on the right and a small loft hatch above at the center.
The interior has not been inspected.
