Description

The Setting Sun Restaurant, located at 24 Corn Market Street, is an early 17th-century building that has been altered. It is two stories high and rendered in stucco. The ground floor now features a restaurant window and a wide entrance on the right-hand side, leading to an early 18th-century six-panel door. This door has sunken upper panels and a flat canopy. Inside, the entrance corridor retains early 17th-century ovolo moulded post and plank panelling. The building forms a group with numbers 6 and 9 on Corn Market Street.
