Description

No 6 on Corn Market Street is a building likely dating from the early 18th century. It is two storeys tall and features two sash windows on the first floor, which have exposed frames and now only include central glazing bars. The ground floor has display windows, including a shallow splay bay on the right, which is framed by an early 19th-century wooden case with an entablature. There is a plain central entrance, and the old chimney has been altered and heightened. This building is part of a group that includes Nos 6, 24, and 9.
