  1. Probably C18 altered, 2 storey and attic, 3 segmental headed dormer windows, 3 near-flush-frame 1st floor windows, altered glazing bars etc. Stucco, whitened. Wood bracket eaves cornice. Very wide shop front with central recessed entrance and fanlight, in wood case, with flank pilasters.
