Description

The fountain located in the center of the road at the south end of High Street was built in 1735. It is designed in a Gothic style and is square in plan, featuring a crocketed spire made of carved stone. Each face of the fountain has a round basin for drinking water, and the structure stands approximately 12 feet tall to the apex.
