Description

Christmas Cottage is a cottage in a row, likely dating from the 18th century, although it may have earlier origins. The building features rendered cob walls and a gable-ended thatch roof, with a brick stack located at the left-hand end. It has a one-room plan with a 19th-century rear outshot. The exterior is two storeys high and has an asymmetrical front with two windows, which are 20th-century two-light casements; the ground floor window has small panes. To the right, there is a 20th-century part-glazed door beneath a glass hood. The interior was inaccessible at the time of the survey.
