Description
Foxhill is a house from the 18th century, built with rendered cob and rubble walls and featuring a gable-ended thatch roof. It has a rendered brick stack at the right gable end and a small brick shaft at the left end. The plan consists of two rooms, likely with a central entrance passage, where only the larger right-hand room was originally heated. The exterior is two storeys high with an asymmetrical front that has two windows, including only one window on the first floor. The windows are early 20th-century two and three-light casements set in small openings. To the left of center, there is a gabled porch with a wood shingle roof and a stable-type door. The interior was inaccessible during the survey but may be largely unaltered and could contain original joinery.
