Description

No. 25 Sandpath Road is a small house, likely built in the 18th century, with some alterations made in the 20th century. The exterior is whitewashed and rendered, topped with a bitumen-painted slate roof that has a gabled end on the right side. The house features an axial stack and is probably designed with a single-depth, two-room layout, with the front door located on the extreme left. It stands two storeys tall and has an asymmetrical front with three windows. The front door is on the left, and there is a garage door on the right. The first-floor windows on the left and center are likely 19th-century, with six panes per light, while the other two windows are 20th-century replacements. The interior has not been inspected. This house is part of a row of vernacular houses on Sandpath Road and has group value with the nearby church.
